Leadership Seminars
During the past 20 years, World Outreach 'Life in Christ' leadership seminar programmes have ministered to well over 100,000 church leaders in the developing world.
In more recent years, World Outreach has introduced leadership mentoring programmes and a discipleship development series of studies in partnership with Dr John Maxwell's EQUIP ministry. Our different leadership initiatives have produced 'fruit' far beyond our initial expectations, especially so in the Indian subcontinent.
With the call of God burning within and with faith to believe the Lord for favour and open doors, opportunities exist in many places in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, to invest in growing church leaders.
In partnership with churches and leaders from both the developed and developing worlds, World Outreach believes this is still a very vital, strategic and effective ministry today.
In most developing nations, World Outreach ministry personnel are sensing the urgent need to raise up more quality men and women church leaders in preparation for the expected Christian growth explosion that will visit many nations. Training leaders will meet a vital need to nurture and disciple existing and new believers.
