Elsewhere there is a geographic list of World Outreach projects. This page lists projects by their category. Naturally a project may appear under more than one category. Neither the geographic list, nor the category list is exhaustive, but information will be added as it becomes available.
| Children's Homes | |||||
None of the Children's Homes are orphanages as such. An orphanage is a place where only orphans live. At Mount Hope for example, there are 130 children living and only about 20 would be classed as orphans. The rest have parents (one or both living). So we like to call the places 'Children’s Homes'. Almost all of the other establishments would be classed in the same way. |

Unlike the United Nations or other better-known relief organizations, World Outreach is not necessarily a well-funded or well-equipped humanitarian Mission. Yet our personnel on different continents are regularly involved in helping feed hungry children – because the need is right there before us!
