Colin & Jenny Ayling, Maziotela, Mozambique

Colin and Jenny are based at Maziotela, a farm in northern Mozambique, where they are constructing a small cashew nut factory, that will both directly and indirectly provide around 300 jobs to the local Makua people – where unemployment is widespread.
